Public parking on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop "Calonge" 2 km, railway station "Caldes de Malavella" 30 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 5 km. Des vacances à oublier
Notre séjour dans cette maison a malheureusement été marqué par trop de désagréments importants : 1. La route d'accès à la maison était en très mauvais état à notre arrivée, elle a été refaite pendant notre séjour, avec des travaux de voirie bruyants avant 8h sur les deux semaines. Il est regrettable que l'agence ait choisi de louer ce bien malgré cette situation dégradée, au détriment du confort des locataires. 2. À notre arrivée, la piscine était inutilisable en raison de son état de propreté. Elle n’a été fonctionnelle qu’après deux jours, ce qui est décevant, surtout en été. 3. La climatisation de la chambre principale était défectueuse et dégageait une mauvaise odeur, rendant la pièce impraticable. Nous avons dû dormir dans une autre chambre de taille réduite, sans les commodités promises. 4. Le logement souffre d'une insonorisation insuffisante, amplifiant les bruits environnants, notamment les animations et activités nocturnes de la place de la ville voisine. Attendez-vous à des nuisances sonores pouvant rendre le repos difficile. 5. Une odeur nauséabonde émanant de la salle de bain est apparue chaque nuit, probablement en raison de problèmes de canalisation, rendant cette salle de bain impraticable le soir et la nuit. Bien qu'Interhome nous ait accordé un dédommagement, celui-ci n’a pas été à la hauteur du préjudice subi. Nous conseillons aux futurs locataires de choisir un autre logement pour leurs vacances, surtout à ce prix.
