Ifach Marina Frontline Retreat in Calpe Spain 3 bedroom/2.5 bath with ocean view

Stunning views from every room at the foot of the Ifach Rock and with sea and mountain views. This beautifully appointed frontline apartment (149 sq m, 1604 sq ft) has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (one private en suite) and one guest bath on the 13th floor of the Rosa Marina building.
The living room and dining room lead to a double wide terrace with an additional dining table and lounge area to enjoy the views. This was originally two apartments, now combined for a spacious experience. The primary suite bedroom has a 150x200 cm (queen) bed with a private bathroom with a shower and double sinks and views of the ocean and mountains from the bedroom and bathroom. The second room has a 150x200 (queen) bed, ceiling fan, and views of the ocean and Ifach. The third room has a 135x190 cm (full) bed, ceiling fan, and views of the ocean. There is a second full bath with a tub with a shower. In addition, there is a guest bath with a sink and toilet. Amenities include 43” Smart TV with satellite, antenna, and wi-fi reception, DVD/Blue Ray player, Internet with Wi-fi, air conditioning and forced-air and radiant heating, and in-unit washer and dryer along with drying racks. The well-stocked kitchen space has an electric stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, single serve capsule coffee maker, coffee and tea station, kettle, mixer, blender, dishes, glassware, cooking pans, slow cooker, and food processor along with breakfast nook with a view of the ocean and marina. Other amenities are personal toiletry starter kits, office supplies, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, books, movies, blankets, floor fan, games, local guidebooks, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and closets with wood hangers.
You are 400 meters (.25 mile) from 4 beaches (Cala el Raco, Cala de la Fossa, Cala del Penyal, and Playa del Cantal Roig) and directly above the marina. This is a quieter area and less busy but still close to the activity. The residential complex has access from either the port side or from the street leading to the Peñon de Ifach Natural park. Our building adjoins the Natural Park boundary. You can hike Ifach right out the back door! There are two swimming pools, one is outside for warmer weather and the other is an indoor heated pool for cooler weather along with the gym. The pools cannot be guaranteed to be open. One garage parking spot is available with the apartment at no additional cost. Video cameras are at the building gates, lobby, garage, and a Ring doorbell in the hallway. No cameras are in the apartment. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Three grocery stores are within 1.6 km (1 mile). There is a Super Dragon store downstairs with toiletries, beach items, clothing, souvenirs, toys, and much more.
No smoking and no pets.
This beautiful location is a perfect place to relax and enjoy all Calpe and the Mediterranean has to offer.

Amazing spot!
Our check in was so easy . The host Leah Provided a information binder with everything from instructions on how to use appliances to sightseeing . Everything you could ever need or want in one spot. Such a great stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable! Appartement parfait avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin ! Nous avons profité de ce magnifique balcon pour se faire à manger à tous les soirs ! 3 belles chambres confortables avec une merveilleuse vue. À quelques pas de la mer, d’une magnifique randonnée (Ifach), d’une belle marche sur le boardwalk direction centre ville de Calpe. Il y a des chaises pour la plage, des serviettes pour la piscine, vraiment …. Tout était parfait ! Je recommande x10000 !
