On the first floor, four bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms and a fourth with an external private bathroom. The blue room, furnished with 1930s furniture, has a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed. The red room has a double bed that can be split into two singles and the possibility of two extra beds. The yellow room has a double bed. The green room has a double bed that can be split into two singles.
Outside the villa, two terraces, one on the front and one on the back, are furnished with iron tables, wicker armchairs, comfortable chairs and umbrellas. In the courtyard in front of the villa, a large wooden table and a barbecue guarantee pleasant summer dinners under the stars. In the shade of the pine forest, hammocks allow you to rest even in the hottest hours.
Next to the villa, there is an annex with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen that can accommodate four more guests.
Caltagirone, in the heart of Sicily, allows you to quickly reach many of the most attractive places in the region. Close to places of cultural interest, such as Piazza Armerina, the Etna volcano, the Baroque of Ragusa, but also to the beach of Scoglitti.
Caltagirone, famous for the ceramics that decorate a large part of the historic center, is known for the staircase of Santa Maria del Monte whose 142 steps connect the upper and lower cities. At the end of July the appointment is with the feast of the patron Saint James.
