This charming 60 m² flat with mountain views and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 7 people, is available to rent in Calvi. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 60 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 100 m².

The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : double bed (140x190) with en-suite shower room with washbasin, WC
- Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140x190) with a single bed on the mezzanine floor
- Shower room
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, plancha, fan.

Outside :
- A shared, unheated swimming pool (8x4), open from late April to late October (opening dates non-contractual). It is secured by a cover, an alarm and a fence with a lockable gate.
- A shared garden of 100 m², not enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
The Isle of Beauty abounds in both natural and cultural activities. During your stay in Lumio, you'll have the chance to take advantage of the town's sunny weather to visit its various beaches and enjoy some quiet time, or try your hand at one of the many water sports: paddle, jetski, boat trips, etc. If you're keen to discover new things, take a drive through the surrounding area to discover its wonders : the ruins of Occi and the Agriates Desert are just waiting to be explored! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will appeal to you.
