lenttezza, mancanza di chiarezza
Poca attenzione e generale poca professionalità. Lentezza nelle risposte telefoniche ed in messaggio. Presenza fisica nulla,l'host vive in Francia. Non si riesce minimamente a capire dove è esattamente la locìation per il check in (solo contattando telefonicamente l'host e con l'aiuto di un ragazzo del luogo siamo riusciti ad entrare nel bilocale. In ultimo, fattore fondamentale, l'host ha impiegato quasi 1 mese per rimborsare 4 giorni da lui cancellati unilateralmente e poco prima del ns arrivo dopo reiterati contatti da parte ns e del sito. L'appartemento e la posizione invece mantengono le promesse.
