Classic tradition in Calvi

Unique experience in a stunning Manor. The owner pays attention to all the small details to make your stay enjoyable. We stayed in the corner room (Prestige) which was very big and comfortable with a nice large bathroom with two sinks. Breathtaking view from the room balcony to the Calvi bay and the city citadel. Nice pool and jacuzzi to relax. Not cheap but recommended by all means!

Great hospitality and grounds with wonderful view

We felt very looked after at The Manor and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is unique and has great views of Calvi and the citadel. The rooms, grounds and pool are well looked after and relaxing to be in. The hospitality was personal and the Owner / Manager was full of advice and knowledge on the Calvi and the surrounding area.

Quiet hotel in a secluded location

The Manor is a 4 room hotel run by a lovely American lady. The room was fine and the balcony almost as big as the room. Not a problem for us but the en-suite bathroom was actaully immedualtely across the corridor from our door. Breakfast was poolside with a good range of options. The owner was very ready to advise on the best restaurants or walks even lending us a map and guide book.

Very lovely big house

The host was extremely helpful and recommend us places to eat in town. We choose one of them and the food was really good. The breakfast was nice with fresh fruits and homemade marmalades the view from the room was lovely and the room very clean. The only downside was that the bed only had one long pillow to share

Geheimtipp

Das Manor liegt etwas abseits der Hauptmagistrale, dafür schön ruhig und mit herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht von Calvi. Das Anwesen ist von einer wunderschönen Vegetation umgeben. Der Pool lädt zum Relaxen ein. Die Hausherrin, wie auch das Personal waren rührend um uns bemüht. Das typisch französische Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und selbst gemachter Marmelade machte das Aufstehen leichter. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
