The property is on the outskirts of Santa Ponsa. It probably takes 15-20 mins to walk to the Santa Ponsa beach. As it says this is Costa de la Calma.
The villa is on a quiet road, with parking out front.
At the top of the road are a number of bars and restaurants, the Argentina Steak House is very good.
There is also a bus stop that takes you to Palma (about hourly)
At the other end of the road is a v. small bay, and then if you walk around the corner a rocky platform with diving boards and parasols. Hardly any Brits, mainly Spanish. There is a small bar serving drinks and snacks.
The villa is of a good spec, lots of kitchen utensils glases etc. Shower room downstairs as well.
Upstairs there is a large living/dining room with AC. Big corner sofa that when its hot is nice to sit on in the cool, this leads to a balcony on the front of the property.
All x3 bedrooms are upstairs, the main bedroom has AC, we left all the bedroom doors open and had the AC in the living room on overnight and that worked well.
Further bathroom upstairs, shower not great.
Caretaker lives downstairs, washing m/c you share with him.
Pool good size and private and an outside dining area with BBQ, tables and awning.
