The view over the hills of Versilia and the perfect sun exposure will offer you the opportunity to experience unforgettable moments of relaxation returning from excursions to the art cities of Florence and Pisa, reachable in less than an hour. The saltwater pool without chemical chlorine is ideal. Covered and heated in spring and autumn.
The house is ideal for 5 people and has an independent entrance. The villa has private covered parking for two cars, with independent direct entry in the guest area on the first floor.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, tinello room with table, living room with sofa and dining table for 6 people. Bathroom with shower. Direct access to the outside in the veranda and in the garden.

Outside: swimming pool of moderately saline water purified without industrial chlorine of 6x13 m inserted in an olive grove of 2000 square meters to share with other guests of the other housing unit next door.
