Villa with Pool

Location: These 2 beautiful holiday homes for 20 people in Nocchi are only rented together. They are located near Camaiore, approx. 12 km from the sandy beach. Surrounded by olive groves, in a very quiet location and with a marvellous panoramic view over the beautiful hills of Versilia. The recently built building is very stylish and attractive. The property has a covered terrace offering space for any outdoor activity. The newly built swimming pool (12 m x 6 m x 1.50 m) is open from May to mid-October and is only available to our guests. WiFi free of charge. Private car park.
Holiday home 1: On the ground floor we find the kitchen-living room, access to the beautiful veranda, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor we find a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with 3 single beds, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower.

Holiday home 2: like holiday home 1 with one bedroom less and 2 with bathrooms instead of 3 bathrooms.

In both holiday homes is on the first floor a large balcony with a beautiful panorama.

To be paid on site: Deposit € 400. Electricity, gas, water € 10 per person per week. Bed linen and towels on request € 10 per person. Tourist tax € 1,50 per day per person from 14 years and up to a maximum of 7 days in the period from 01.06 to 30.09.
