The room was tiny, and the bathroom couldn't have been any smaller. The bathroom light from the room next door woke my husband up in the middle of the night because it shined directly in our bathroom window. The bed was old and very uncomfortable, and it creaked loudly every time you moved. We were also not given breakfast vouchers for the restaurant next door or even told about them by the check-in clerk. We found out about them through a friend. Seemed very odd. The outside walkway on the second level was very noisy and echoed in our room. The price was great, but not sure I would choose it again. It was not a good night's sleep. Old and tired hotel.

I stay 2 nights at Bella Capri, my room was clean. The only thing that I will recommend to others is that if they get 2 keys check both of them. During our stay everyday one or both of the keys didn’t work.

Was overall happy with my stay, and would stay again... only disappointment was that I was sure it was advertised as having hard-line internet and not just wifi, but the system had been changed. I was able to work around it, but it was one of the reasons I booked a room there.

It was during a heat wave, so we needed to use the A/C, but everytime it cycled on, it was so loud that it woke us up. So we had a terrible night trying to sleep. Since the same old school wall unit is also the heater, it may be the same noise factor for heat. The mattress was also not especially comfortable, which didn't help.

We stay here every year for an event we go to at Pt Mugu. Love the location. The rooms are always clean. We shoot for a front suite with a balcony to enjoy the warm evenings and a cocktail. We will be back next year!

Staff was awesome. Enjoyed our stay. Only problem was we got back late at night and our key cards did not work for our room. Luckily staff was still on site but could have been really bad had they left (it was already past 10pm).
