The apartment was lovely and perfect for a single traveler (I had booked the one-bedroom). The location was convenient (near the train station and about 30 minutes walking to the city center) with a well-stocked super market in immediate proximity. The laundry facilities within the unit were a nice bonus. There were two major issues though, which may or may not apply to you (and thus they are not included in my 4-star rating):
(1) The check-in was challenging as there is no office. You only know the street name (no house number, no sign indicating that you are in the right place). You will have to make arrangements beforehand during which you tell them what time to expect you. Sadly, when I arrived on time, nobody was there. After calling them, someone finally showed up after 25 minutes. The person was professional and apologetic, but his is probably not the best situation to be in, especially after many hours of traveling, dealing with jetlag, etc.
(2) The other issue was related to a major adjacent work site, with constructions (drilling, digging, etc.) starting before 8 am, including Saturdays. This came quite as a shock, not only because there was no mentioning of this on the booking site, but also because I had requested beforehand (and it was confirmed by them) to get a quiet place. They apologized and suggested to move me to an entirely different complex, which was located further away from the city center (I declined but thought it was decent of them to offer).
