Where to start. We checked in and payed, then were told that the twin room that we had requested was not available. The person on reception was excellent and found us a family room with a discount for the inconvenience. So she gave us a refund which was very good. Has it was booked has B&B I asked about breakfast which started at 7:0 but as we had to be at the Papworth hospital by then we wouldn’t get any but we could have a bag to put fruit and muffins I that was ok. The room was clean sparkling white sheets and towels. The second bed was a bed settee which seemed to occupy the whole room when pulled down. I found the bedding to be very cold and didn’t warm up until two hours before we were up again. We ate in the hotel the food wasn’t up to much it was ok but not great. So all in all not great at all. The staff were kind and helpful. If we had have paid full price I would have been very disappointed as it was it was ok.

Good. Wasy check iin and parking. Room was clean. Toilet smelled. Carpet felt and smelled musty and bitty when I went down on the floor to do some yoga stretches.breakfast was as expected. Good overall stay.

Good value stay

Good value. Comfortable stay. The shower did show some signs of mildew and the shower head needed replacing. I was woken up by one of the adjacent occupants being woken up at 4.45 in the morning.

As a hole,I would say,my time there for the period of 9days,it was good,to be honest the staff seem Very Helpful for any reason,to me,I can’t complain,my only default was the B/fast,plenty choices,wether ur a toast person,corn flakes,or of course Full B/fast,wasn’t that great,BACON Biggest Disappointment very Dry/Over dun,then I found that the Orange Juice was Watered down,after the Festive Period,then the last day of my stay,never heard of,(no-eggs) no Eggs Fullstop,ha,can’t have it always,so apart from my little input,on the Grapevine “Parking Costs “ Not a Great Move if they go ahead,for me it makes a difference,That’s it Folks 😎
