Not a clean hotel. There was also next to no heating. Thankfully, our stay was only for a night. Definitely, not returning.

The heating system in the room was disabled and no longer in use, there was a mini electric radiator in the room that was not pre warmed up on the 1st of January in minus conditions, so for the first few houra the room was absolutely freezing. Everything was great. Just that oversight of not preheating a room to a mild warm, it was freezing and the radiator took an age to heat the room up. Apart from that i enjoyed my stay.

You got what you paid for. Before I booked this hotel, I checked reviews and there was a review that said if you just wanted a bed this is the place. Thought it was random but now I totally get it. Honesty the hotel location is good, it's quiet, has free parking, and is next to a shopping mall with McDonald's. But my room condition is terrible, the temperature control button was lost and unable to set the room temperature, neither the hair dryer works. The front desk lady nicely gave us a heater and a hair dryer so we could use them somehow. The worst part was that the toilet didn't flush properly, there was barely any water coming out and water took more than half an hour to fill. I did tell the staff and hope they fix that.

The stay was not good and I have very large reservations about going there again. The first room given had a broken wardrobe with very unstable doors which are a hazard. The second room given had broken AC and was cold the whole night. I had to go to reception to request a heater because this room's phone was missing. There were also two spiders under the covers.

Never again.
An old and tired property. In need of renovation. The hotel is close to the A14 and a truck park is right outside your window. Both the curtains and the window do not do their job, and led to a very poor nights sleep. Will not be visiting again.

The property is pretty tired looking in all areas of the rooms. Noticed the room was quite chilly so turned in the oil heater in the room. There was a hole in the tiles by the toilet handle and mould round the showers door. The next evening on returning to the room the room was very cold and the window open but the handle was broken so couldn’t close it. Reception changed rooms for us but this room was more tired than the first and much more mound round the shower door. Apart from that it was ok. It served its purpose for a busy weekend in the area
