Corner townhouse next to the sea - your holiday home to enjoy with the whole family in the best area of Cambrils - La Llosa/Ardiaca, a quiet place, close to the beach and all services, on the same street of Camping Joan in Cambrils with its famous restaurant “Xiringuito del mar” and small supermarket next door. The house is ideal for spending holidays with the whole family, having barbecues, sharing romantic dinners or having a drink on the chill-out solarium terrace upstairs with sea views. The house has 270 m2 on two floors, it is equipped with a modern air conditioning system through ducts in each room, which can be regulated for each floor with its ideal temperature, 3 double bedrooms upstairs (one of them is a suite with its bathroom) with new and comfortable beds and the large living room with access to the garden, fully equipped independent kitchen with all appliances and guest toilet. Large, very sunny garden with artificial grass equipped with an awning, a dining table for 8 people and sun loungers. It is completely fenced and offers a lot of privacy to enjoy sunbathing or having barbecues with friends. Private parking.

Unbeatable location a few steps from the beach and Paseo Maritimo with bike lanes connecting with the Port of Cambrils and Salou, 20 minutes by car from Reus airport, 1 hour by car from Barcelona airport, easy access to the AP7, a 20 minutes drive from the famous Port Aventura and Ferrari Land. If one day you decide to leave the car parked and walk, you will find everything within walking distance: supermarket, cafes, beach bars, there is a tennis&pàdel club in a 5-minute walk, cycle paths along the coast. The beautiful neighborhood of La Llosa offers tranquility and relaxation, leaving out the bustling tourist center of the city of Cambrils but at the same time just a 30-minute walk along the Paseo Maritimo to the Port of Cambrils.
