Location was perfect for my business trip. I've stayed here many times in the past. Always had a quiet,good night's sleep as I have to rise early to make my business appointment. Some of the mentalities may be older, but they're all fully functional. Will stay here again in the future.

The owner is very friendly and caring. We would like to thank him for being more than a owner but also a kind person and showing his kindness much as he is able to. It was in a nice area , rooms were nice but evidently, housekeeping is not doing a great job. Once we got there and settled . We started seeing roaches so we went and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the entire room . Once we cleaned the room it was very comfortable . Very friendly staff and great customer service .

Lady at the counter was very nice and the price was the cheapest in the area. There was roaches all over the appartment. There was a gap at the bottom of my front door that made me hear anything that happens outside. Water damage all over the room too You get what you pay for i guess Surprisingly, the bed was really confortable and the sheeting(as thin as paper) smell good and felt clean

I stay here every time I have to work a race at Carolina Motorsport Park.` Although some of the amenities are old, everything works. It's quiet at night and convenient to shopping/restaurants/fast food chains. Excellent value for the money.

This place was very nasty and dirty. They have bed bugs. The bedsheets were dirty and no towel washcloth in the room. Went to the front fest and the old white lady was very rude and with a nasty attitude. And she was very rude when I was asking for clean sheets and towels and stuff. This was my first time staying and I will never stay here again.

Not very pet friendly.
Room was very clean. There was a hidden $50 pet fee that was not displayed on description online and had to be paid in person. Also they encourage you not to have a dog there since the cleaning lady was once “bitten” by a service dog. There was a hole in the floor in the bathroom of room 216. Foot went straight through.
