A cozy cabin overlooking pond, gardens and large lawn. The knotty pine interior is warm and inviting. The two room cabin offers 2 comfortable living room chairs, fully equipped kitchen (toaster oven, cook top, microwave, refrigerator), a very comfortable queen sized bed, 3/4 bath, heat pump mini split for heat and A/C and separate parking. No smoking and no open flame candles allowed. Free guest Internet Wifi access. Paved driveway is shared with the owner's residence. Just 10 minute drive to downtown Belfast. Relax outside around the pond and campfire ring with swinging benches. We welcome you to your Maine cabin experience.

Best Little Cabin in Belfast
John and Barbara are the best hosts. I use their property every fall for when I am closing my camp. They are the best hosts ever. They give you the best greeting when you arrive and are willing to help if needed. The cabin is so sweet. I absolutely love how cozy it is. The little kitchen is perfect for cooking at the cabin. And there is enough little counter space to do a small puzzle! I am so grateful they take care of me in my camp closing.

Perfect Little Getaway!
I was looking for something close enough to home, but still feeling like a getaway and this was it! I wanted to get away to somewhere quiet to read for my birthday weekend. The Cozy Cabin was perfect because there wasn’t a TV, but I still felt connected with the available WiFi, just in case. The hosts were non-intrusive and quiet. I read 2.5 books, exceeding my goal! The kitchen had enough amenities to fulfill what I needed, including a fridge and freezer, microwave, a large toaster oven, a coffee pot, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, and cooking utensils. John also told me to reach out if I needed anything for baking or cooking that wasn’t already in the cabin. The bed is comfortable, the right amount of blankets and pillows; the gliders are comfortable as well. There is a side table with an outlet by the bed, which fit my CPAP perfectly. There are two outlets that have two built in USBs each. (Double check the USB outlets by the bed, those did not work but I mentioned it to John and he said they’d look into it.) There are two metal bar stools available for seating at the kitchen counter. There are two cushions for the chairs on the outside porch. I was originally worried about my safety traveling alone, but I felt safe on there property. For those wondering, The Cozy Cabin is about an hour north west from Augusta. It’s 10 minutes away from Belfast, close enough to a lot of attractions, but not right in the city.

Great Getaway
This was the most relaxing getaway we have had in a long time. The hosts were so welcoming and very helpful. Our dog and their dogs enjoyed the visit too. So happy there was no TV, my husband and I actually spent quality time together ❤️. Thank you again for letting us stay at your Cozy Cabin by the pond. Hope to be back next year .

All the necessary amenities plus some. Excellent place for some R&R. Beautiful outdoor setting and very welcoming for our dog as well - he especially enjoyed the pond. The owners were as pleasant as can be.

Adorable cabin.
Absolutely stunning property with a gem of a tiny cabin. Everything one could possibly need in a home away from home. Fire pit with swings near a pond is a nice bonus. Hosts Barbara and John were gracious and helpful in making the stay memorable.

The little cabin was perfect, it had everything you could possibly need. It was also extremely clean & comfortable and I always felt safe with the owners nearby. Perfect getaway
The cozy cabin was wonderfully charming. From the warm greeting from the host when I pulled in, to the clean, nicely furnished, well supplied cabin, it was a perfect getaway for myself and my dog. Barbara was so kind and very helpful in giving suggestions as to where to go and explore the area. I just loved the cabin and my dog and I were both very comfortable there.

Beautiful property, great area!
My husband and I were able to bring our dog on vacation thanks to this being a dog friendly rental. We very much enjoyed the beautiful well-kept yard and cabin. It’s a great location with a short drive to Belfast and about an hour from Acadia national park. We did miss having a tv, but otherwise enjoyed our stay!

The hosts were more than welcoming. Upon arrival we were met by John and Barbara who immediately made us feel very comfortable in our new surroundings. We brought along our dog who was also greeted like a member of the family. The cabin was indeed very cozy and clean. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. On the 2 acre lot we felt the freedom of movement and the privacy of our own home. We were attending a wedding at Simmons and Daughter Sugar House so our stay was based on expediency. The event was 8 miles inland and downtown Belfast was 6 miles towards the water. Perfect!!!

Not just cozy but delightful
If anything, the Cozy Cottage is even better than the listing makes it sound -- and the listing makes it sound great! It's a perfect space for one or two people for a weekend or even longer. It's well-appointed, the location is very pretty, and the hosts are lovely. It can be tricky spotting the driveway coming up on the road (pro tip: white mailbox!) but that's about the worst I can say. Will book again sometime!

Wonderful stay!!
We loved cozy cabin! The owners were very hospitable, the place was very clean and comfortable, and it is a great location! We came to explore the Maine coast and Acadia, and the location was a perfect middle ground to be able to travel any direction within a reasonable amount of time, and also is only 10 minutes from a coastal town. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

The cabin was fantastic. It was the perfect place to stay for me and my dog. The hosts were wonderful and helped me whenever I needed questions answered. It was very tastefully decorated. They had everything I needed in both the bathroom and kitchen. The grounds and gardens were absolutely beautiful. Weaver's across the street was very convenient. I would highly recommend!
