I booked two rooms. My friends had a lovely room with a balcony on the water Awesome view I had a room on the road, no windows Manager said take it up with hotels.com He has lots of rooms available Didnt care… this hotel was my trip splurge. Very disappointed

Very Happy with my stay!
Very nice location with an amazing view! Rooms were comfortable and everything worked. Staff were super nice! Rooms had a basic modern layout. Wish the rooms had a microwave but they do have one in the ice room.

We were out in a room with no view of the bay and very close to the highway. It was noisy all night. The fan in the bathroom was noisy when you turned on the light switch. The heater/AC in the room was extremely noisy. We were not able to sleep all night. I will never stay here again.
