i LOVED this place.... i loved the lobby, the staff at the front, and the staff that cleaned.. everything was so enjoyable. i was so surprised by how quiet my room was, as i was there for a wedding and i know there were quite a few other couples there that came in after me, and i didn't hear anything! the water pressure was amazing, and the rooms were clean and had ventilation. it is sooo cozy! The gal at the front with the long brown hair and glasses (Meredith?! Victoria?! I am spacing on her name!) was sooooo lovely. She was so helpful and warm, without being overly perky or fake. She felt like a very real person, and every encounter I had with her she was going out of her way to help me out with something and had such a casual air about it (in a great way!!) like it was just her nature to be kind and helpful and not expecting any grand thank you. She made my day better on several occasions during my short stay!

Fine but a bit disappointing

Fine stay. Lacking in amenities after a Labor Day. No fire pit. No bar even though the weather was beautiful and warm. Room was nice #202 and spacious. I think breakfast for the price is also lacking. No hot food. Just biscuits, yogurt, oats, fruit.

Great location. Super comfy bed. Very noisy on a busy road. The breakfast wasn’t very good. For the money it could have been better and it was the same everyday. The room and bathroom needed more tables and hooks for your stuff. There is no where to put your stuff in the bathroom like make up etc. I normally don’t complain but everything is so expensive these days so I think you should expect more too.

This historic remodeled bed and breakfast has historic charm and modern amenities. The rooms was a little small but expected in a historic inn. The staff was great. There was a lot of games and puzzles for families and a fire pit with pleanty of seating was in the back of the inn. It’s a warm and cozy place to stay. Although it was a little further out of downtown Camden, it was easily walkable to town. It was quieter and less crowded being a couple of blocks from town.

Reminder to attend to dehumidifiers as we were A wonderful stay at a very elegant hotel with helpful attendants. Check in and check out was a breeze. Only complaint was being Awakened by our dehumidifier in our room 101 needing to be emptied both nights. Also Room 101 is located where guests can sit on the porch right outside of the windows to the room and so their conversations can be overheard quite easily. Perhaps a sign indicating conversations can be overheard. Other than that. Loved it.

We liked everything BUT there was the previous guest’s HAIR (1) on our bathroom wall, (2) on my pillow, and (3) a clump of hair (different color) on our headboard (and possibly their pet’s hair landed there as well). I can usually overlook most things but random hair feels like staff did not really clean it. I hate to give a bad review as I would like to think it was just our room that one day, but it made us very uncomfortable.
