Prachtige ligging met een super zwembad, zeer rustig en toch is de stad dichtbij.
Een ideale woning voor liefhebbers van het platteland, en perfect voor een familie met kinderen. In Sommières op +/-5 km afstand treft men alle soorten restaurants en supermarkten voor de inkopen. Verder is de ligging zeer centraal gelegen tussen Nîmes en Montpellier op slechts 20km van de kust, vanuit hier bereikt men vlot vele toeristische plaatsen. De communicatie met de eigenaar Jean-Luc Girma is uiterst vlot en correct. Als randbemerking vermelden wij verder dat een extra toilet in het pool house meer comfort zou brengen en de keukentoestellen aan vervanging toe zijn maar dit alles weegt niet op tegen de super ligging van deze mooie woning. Wij vinden deze woning een aanrader.
