Cozy country house on a large estate near Campanet. It is a rustic-style house built on one floor that is located on a fenced plot surrounded by a well-kept garden with a large area of lawn, native plants and typical Mediterranean aromatic herbs. The swimming pool and the garden next to the beautiful and peaceful rural surroundings are undoubtedly the main appeal of the property. Around the pool there are sun loungers to relax, there is also a barbecue to prepare all kinds of delicacies and a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
At the entrance of the house there is a large hall that leads us to the different rooms of the house. On the left we access the spacious living room with fireplace and a dining table for up to 6 people. The open rustic kitchen is fully equipped and has a convenient center island.
To the right of the hall and through a long corridor we access the bedrooms and one of two bathrooms of the house. There are three double bedrooms, the largest bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds each. The living room and two bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

This accommodation is ideal for families with children, but also for couples or groups of friends. A very well kept house perfectly situated to start the many tours that can be perform in the area. And it is also ideal for long term holidays in the low season.
Located near the highway, it enables us to travel to any place on the island. The property is located about 3 km from Sa Pobla and Campanet, two villages in the interior of Mallorca to enjoy the quiet life, its popular festivals and especially its Mediterranean cuisine. If you stay at this property, we recommend you to visit the Campanet Caves, located on the Sant Miquel mountain, in the Tramuntana mountains, a privileged valley that maintains the charm of the rural landscape of the island, you will be fascinated by its beauty.

If you want a day of sun and beach, about 12 minutes by car you will be in the Bay of Pollensa or in Alcudia and you can enjoy its beautiful beaches.

Perfekte Erholungsurlaub
Wir (Familie von 5 Leuten) hatten wundervolle Tage in dieser Finca. Sie liegt mitten im Feld, sodass ein Auto absolut von Vorteil ist, aber genau das wollten wir auch. Die Finca ist super schön, sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist der absolute Traum für alle Erholungssuchenden. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
