The check-in seemed to be seamless and when we arrived in our room, we discovered the bathroom sink would not drain. I went down to the front and ask them to have it fixed. They said they would have somebody come up and do it that evening upon returning, it still wasn’t fixed. I had to remind them and on our second day someone came in and fixed it. On our fifth day the toilet plugged up and when I went to front counter to tell them, they handed me a toilet plunger. I went up to the bathroom and unplugged it I feel it should’ve been their job. The food at the Continental breakfast was marginal to say the least.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable, nice property. The room was a little bit rough in some areas. There was damage to the wall and the kitchen sink leaked when you turned it on out of the faucet handle. Better than that the state was enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a warm, spacious and friendly hotel, we stayed in mainly to visit our relatives for surprise in Christmas! We enjoyed very much during our stay with a good healthy breakfast provided! Thank you!

We stayed here five years ago which is why we returned this time. It has fallen far since then. Not clean, shabby. Staff is inattentive and can't be bothered with simple questions. Political newspapers in the breakfast area were offensive. Did not serve hot breakfast options on weekends. Pretty disappointed.

This is run down hotel. Things work but it is like whoever decided decor clearly didn’t care.. the carpet isn’t pulled tight, there is huge gap between tile floor and bathtub, curtains torn.
