We love the large family suite with two bedrooms and two baths. It has a great view of the ocean. The free breakfast is adequate .

Mold smell and lack of security
The staff was wonderful. The interior was absolutely gross. The room smelt like mold. The people beside us were very loud and the walls were quite thin. We could hear them yelling all evening and morning. The place has never been cleaned beyond the surface level. We inquired about extra bedding and the hotel didn’t have any extra. My spouse had to buy additional bedding at the local department store. This place is running to do the bare minimum until the owners are offered some sort of deal from a land developer. That’s the only reason I can say this place exists. How would I known this? Well looking at the aesthetic the place has never been updated. But in all honesty the worse part was the lack of a locking latch on the door. It simply had the card key lock but no additional locking latch - weird. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only redeemable aspect of this whole experience was the staff. They were very nice and the front desk lady who checked us in was lovely.

It is so deceitful to say breakfast is included and then say on the weekend it doesn’t start till 9 AM. Who the hell eats at 9 AM in the morning. I think they’re just out to save money and they don’t want people eating breakfast. It used to be six or 630 but I guess new owners are managers changed it. I won’t be staying here again.

Unfortunately our room had a few issues with leftover litter on the balcony and in a couple of cupboards however the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable - good shower. Apparently the vast majority of clients are repeats which accounts for the casual check in. Nice location - good price. We would stay again.

Filthy carpet....unlit and empty front desk. The suite seemed clean, but smelled like deodorizer was possibly trying to hide something. We felt uneasy sleeping there and would not ever go back.

The bed was relatively comfortable but the musky smell was overwhelming and every time the toilet was flushed, the pipes rattled so loud it sounded like the roof was going to cave in. Not worth $200 we paid for the night. I would NEVER stay here again, I’d rather sleep in my car!

Check-in was slow and searchy. When we did get our keys we found our room to be an unmade mess. Went back to office and no one was there. Had to make a phone call from the desk phone which had a note basically saying "use this phone when no one is here" so I guess this is frequent. Told staff what had happened and they said it will be dealt with. I had to wait a long time for some one to come back to the office. After listening to a longish debate about how to resolve this the end result was an upgrade which was very nice as this was an anniversary trip. So kudo's for that. Got down to the included breakfast late so I didn't see a whole lot but the eggs and sausages were great. We had looked at this property for awhile eagerly wanting to try it but the room was a tad tired.
