A very nice new property with great staff. While it's located in a somewhat remote area, it's still conveniently close to major stores. The room is high-quality, quiet, and free from noisy heaters or air conditioning. However, the soundproofing between floors could be improved, as the sound of water flushing from the upper floor was quite loud. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. The food was amazing at both options. Loved the fact there is things to do. We booked at virtual golf and had a blast. Great staff. The spa was amazing and we were able to book the fall special. One thing I would Comment as we stayed 2 nights. Our housekeeping didn’t not take the dirty dishes or wash or refresh our drinkware for the next day so this was annoying to Come back to, however they did bring new and take the old when I called front desk. Overall the staff was friendly and hospitable. We’ve rebook for Christmas

Bear and whale watching trip.
Perfect week at this resort. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Lovely outside gardens with fire tables for the cold evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable but the room we stayed in on the 4th floor did not have great noise insulation as we could hear conversations from the corridor, room next door and waste water running through the pipes when the toilet was used in the floor above. The general areas of the hotel was well presented.
