É um bom hotel,porém no anúncio dizia que tem cama Queen,e não tem, é minúscula a cama de casal ,meu marido e eu tivemos que dormir em camas separadas,já que havia uma cama de solteiro tbm no quarto.....no resto foi tranquilo...fica numa rua muito barulhenta a noite toda,café da manhã muito bom ,muito limpo todos os ambientes.

A minha estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é bem localizado e tem um café da manhã maravilhoso. Os atendentes formam bem atenciosos. O único “problema” é que não tem vaga de garagem para todos os apartamentos (são poucas vagas), apesar de não ter tido problema para estacionar.

PONTOS DE MELHORIA: - Tivemos uma inconveniência pois o ar condicionado não funcionava (qro 207) fomos transferidos para o qrto 107 e não tinha cortina (colocamos uma colcha na janela para bloquear a claridade); - Na troca de quarto encontramos um casaco que estava dentro do armário (parecia que era do hóspede anterior); - O box vazava água, ou seja, quando terminava o banho e ia me enxugar no tapete o mesmo já estava encharcado; - O bidê tinha manchas do caminho que a água fez (não sei se tinha cloro, enfim, estava lá).; - A descarga é antiga (aquela que fica dentro da parede), era boa mas a capa grudava quando apertava e ficava disparando a água infinitamente então puxamos a tampa e e quando usávamos o banheiro apertava um parafuso com uma mola que disparava a água; Obs.: É nítido que o hotel é antigos e necessita de algumas manutenções corretivas. PONTOS POSITIVOS: - O atendimento foi muito bom, tem um funcionário chamado Vitor que nos forneceu total apoio, pontos turísticos da cidade, etc, inclusive podiam poromovê-lo #dicaadica! - O hotel está bem localizado, próximo de tudo; - Tem estacionamento; - O café da manhã condiz com o que promete; - Tem uma lanchonete ao lado. - O frigobar funciova embora não tinha nada e está tudo ok pois não são todos os hotéis que fornecem serviço de quarto mas o que quero dizer é que estava em perfeito estado. SUGESTÃO: Se possível fornecer a possibilidade do hóspede comprar comida no hotel (exemplo omelete) pois as coisas fecam cedo.
