Excelente para casais e famílias
Excelente! Fiquei na unidade de Gramado e fyi com expectativa alta para exte hotel. Ainda que seja mais recente e alguma etapas da reforma ainda estejam em andamento, não atrapalhou em nada a experiência. Muitos eventos ao longo do dia para crianças, adolescentes e adultos, boa comida e quartos muito bem acabados. Recomendo para uma escapada de fds ou feriado para passar à dois ou em família!

Infelizmente, a qualidade da comida servida não atendeu às minhas expectativas. Acredito que o sabor dos pratos estava bastante aquém do esperado, e isso afetou negativamente a minha experiência gastronômica no hotel. Seria ótimo se houvesse uma melhoria na preparação e tempero dos alimentos. Além disso, percebi que não há muitas opções de entretenimento voltadas para adultos. Considerando que muitos hóspedes buscam atividades diversificadas, talvez a adição de eventos ou opções de lazer para essa faixa etária possa melhorar a experiência geral.

Hotel novo, tudo impecável , cuidado com todos detalhes . Falta atendimento na piscina , drinks , sanduíche, Burger , funcionários para servir Existe um bar , mas vc tem que sair da piscina e pegar , o que não condiz com padrão do hotel Comida ok, pizza deliciosa , agora é um hotel para quem tem criança , barulho em todos os lugares , monitores Para casal , melhor escolha é fugir das férias , e durante semana , aí vira paraíso . Chocolates a vontade , difícil de acreditar , mas é sim . Quarto ótimo , chuveiro ruim e colchões novos porém padrão firme , digo firme mesmo

Hotel restaurado, está bem bonito, mas ainda falta se preparem melhor para quando tem muitas pessoas. Piscina aquecida estava apenas climatizada, a piscina de fora muitoooo fria, e 4 ofurôs bons, mas q para tanta gente, acaba não sendo uma opção. As quadras ainda não foram reformadas ou não são do hotel, não sei ao certo, mas não consegui nem jogar tênis…. Beach Tenis tb não….. tem recreação para as crianças, mas achei bem fraco para os adultos. No restaurante quando encheu tínhamos q procurar por talheres e guardanapos……faltam pessoas para atender e repor as coisas….. mas todos sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos….oq fez com q esses problemas ficasse mais suaves.

Ótima experiência, funcionarios bem treinados e com olhar do hotel sobre a inclusão. Brinquedoteca excelente, muitas atividades para todas as faixas etárias, alimentação variada e muito boa. Instalações reformadas, com alguns detalhes a serem melhorados, que se relevam pela recente abertura. Como ponto negativo a obrigatoriedade dos pais permanecerem na brinquedoteca, o que impossibilita usufruir do tempo e das demais atividades que existiam.

Foram dias maravilhosos. O atendimento da equipe é impecável, padrão Disney de encantamento. Ganhamos upgrade de quarto, todas as refeições são maravilhosas e as sobremesas de dar agua na boca. Falam que é brinquedoteca, mas na verdade é um parquinho fechado, enorme, meu filho de 1ano se divertiu demais (geralmente nessa idade eles aproveitam pouco, aqui ele se acabou kkk) Ganhamos late check-out, massagem do spa foi incrível, academia grande… enfim. Tem boliche e jacuzzi que não deu tempo de aproveitarmos, mas parecem ser ótimos também. Saímos encantados. O hotel ainda está em reforma. No nosso quarto as paredes tinham algumas marcas de infiltração, porta do banheiro um pouco barulhenta, box de banho pequeno, quadras ainda não estão disponíveis, mas isso se tornou muito pequeno, perto de toda a experiência. Só venham!!

O Bendito Cacao é um hotel recente inaugurado. Quem conhece o Vacance que dava lugar ao atual hotel percebe o investimento realizado. Foi muito investimento para deixar tudo perfeito. Vale a pena para toda a família especialmente para famílias com crianças
