Na casa principal possuem 2 quartos sendo 1 suíte com uma cama queen completa de casal e 1 colchāo de solteiro e o outro quarto com 1 uma cama de casal king e uma solteiro montessori ate 80kg.

Uma sala com sofa e televisāo. Cozinha completa com todos os utensílios, geladeira, fogāo, microondas e mesa.
Lavanderia com maquina de lavar e tanque. Uma varanda com bancos, mesa e churrasqueira privativa.
Também possuímos uma cozinha externa completa com estrutura de churrasqueira, forno a lenha e forno de pizza.
Na segunda casa temos duas suítes com cama de casal queen e varanda .
Uma grande e maravilhosa piscina acessível para adultos e crianças compõe a parte da casa, temos também campo de futebol.
A propriedade tem 8000 m2 todas cercada e dando ao fundo o rio Jaguari. Temos um canil para cachorros.
A casa pode acomodar até 10 pessoas confortavelmente.
