House of 440 m2 on a plot of 1000m2 with beautiful illuminated pool and a modern barbecue area. Integrated room with open concept. Card table, official pool table, dining table for 10 people. Several sofas and all areas with TV. Sleeps 10 people comfortably. Automatic blinds and air conditioning. Large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with suite for wheelchair users. Indirect lights in the bedrooms and mezzanine. Club access with football field and court and lake walking trail. The house has an alarm, external lighting and solar power (some showers are electric) and a beautiful view of the fireworks show at the end of the year. The house offers bed linen and towels and kitchenware. The house is located on a dead-end road, allowing you to park 5-7 cars outside and 2 in the covered garage. We only use gas in the stove the rest is solar heating. Wonderful barbecue area with external fridge.
