Great, but check for voltage requirements
The hotel was very clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. I am only reducing one star because the voltage was only 220 and they did not have any converters. However, I should have looked into this prior to booking but it was a very last minute, 1-night stay on our way to somewhere else. However if you are coming from out of the county and have specific needs for 110 (in this case it was my husband’s cpap), just make sure you check that any hotel has what you may need. Aside from this everything was great.

The property is clean and inviting with some amenities. I found the room to be very small and lacking minor things like tissues, directory of hotel services, price list for bar items. In addition, parking was not included in the hotel room price but was charged separately. In spite of these things, though, the facility was pleasant and convenient.

Staff is very very junior and immature. The ac unit in my room was clearly not working then I called reception. They came over and said “it’s normal” and it really takes a while till the cooler kicks in. Well, over 2 hours had passed already then they finally agreed to move me to another room - after an inspection made by 5 hotel clerks and someone from maintenance. Adding a bunch of untrained people doesn’t make quality any better if they are not prepared to handle very simple situations. The hotel is brand new and comfy, but the staff needs a lot more

Chckin demorado, burocrático
Checkin bastante demorado, não por causa do atendente, mas da burocracia - incompreensível nos dias de hoje um checkin demorar 15 minutos e ter que imprimir papel. A maioria dos hotéis que fico já tem checkin online, então é só passar na recepção para pegar a chave (isso para os hoteis que ainda não tem fechadura com senha). Fica a sugestão para mais satisfação dos hóspedes e mais economia para a rede - checkin on line!

Hotel muito bom para eventos e shows.
O hotel é muito bom, com amplos corredores e bem iluminados. O quarto luxo tem uma dimensão muito boa e o banheiro é excelente e tem uma exelente ducha. O quarto conta com janelas enormes. O hotel fica longe do centro e atende bem se o objetivo for para o centro de convenções e shows, tendo entrada exclusiva para o Royal Palm Hall.
