Nice villa in Campofelice
Really happy with the villa overall a few niggles, we received a two page pdf before check in. It had info regarding the villa but could have covered more. Such as how to reset the power in a box in the stree. Not fun when all the rest of the family arrives and your cooking dinner and the power goes out. I think the power functions well for us 3 but when we became a group of seven it was too much for the system. Communication with the agent was only on WhatsApp and she wouldn’t take my call when we lost power. Pool guy Jon Carlo really good and the only person we saw. A walk around with the caretaker at the start would have been better. Also a couple of new mattresses for the upstairs bedroom wouldn’t go amiss. And some cleaning supplies mop buckets etc. would have liked to have been able to mop the floors while staying occasionally. Overall a great holiday with happy memories. Thankyou.
