Very well equipped villa, with sunny terraces and private swimming pool in the beautiful, peaceful area at Campos del Rio, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Villa del Rio is a very well-equipped villa in the hamlet of Campos del Murica, in a beautiful and peaceful area in the Spanish province of Murcia. The nearest village (Campos del Rio) is only 3 km away. There you will find butchers, bakers, restaurants and bars, and a local supermarket. The city of Murcia is only 15 minutes away, other villages and towns such as Ceuti, Molina de Segura and Mula are also worth a visit!

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms with toilet (2 with shower and bathtub, 2 with shower) and an additional outdoor shower next to the pool. In the kitchen you will find a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and an oven to prepare delicious meals with all the delicacies that Spain has to offer. Or would you prefer to light the barbecue? You will find it next to the swimming pool, in the sun house, where you have an extra fridge with freezer available! Do you prefer to eat out? You will find the most delicious restaurants in a radius of 10 km!

The swimming pool is heated and is lovely in the sun all day! You will find sunbeds right next to the swimming pool, or you can lie on the large roof terrace. Next to the swimming pool you will also find a pergola with a large table, or you can eat in the sun house. Both have a large table with 8 chairs. In addition, there is an extra fridge / freezer combination and a dishwasher in the sunhouse.

Behind the sun house is a laundry room with washing machine and an extra toilet. Wax threads are of course also provided.

All towels, both for the kitchen and the bathroom and for around the pool are provided in the villa, the beds are made upon arrival!

The villa has a large dining table, (10 chairs) and a cozy sitting area with TV. The villa is equipped with a sound system, and there is free WiFi in the home and around the pool.

In the cool basement there is a table tennis table, a football game, a small pool table and a dart block. Do you like to play petanque? The playground is next to the swimming pool! All materials to play these games can be found in the basement, where there are also a number of inflated mattresses for the swimming pool.
