Spoiled Food, Broken Windows.
Booked a single room with a queen bed I was given a room with 3 single beds. They changed to a new room and the window was broken wouldn’t close. It was freezing cold. No blankets. Noise. Didn’t sleep at all. And then to complete my stay I was served spoiled OJ juice at breakfast. Will never go back.

Estacionamento poderia ser mais cômodo.
Meu único incoveniente foi com relação ao estacionamento que é cobrado a parte, e a prestação do serviço em si não foi das melhores. Explicando: quando você chega no hotel, tem um botão de intercomunicador, porém, demora um pouco pra alguém abrir o portão do estacionamento. Quando vc vai sair, é você que tem que apertar o botão de "campanhia" para abri-lo, não tem um porteiro de fato te auxiliando nem quando chega e nem quando vai sair. E por vezes vc precisa esperar alguem abrir o portão pra vc entrar. E no hotel não tem serviço de quarto e o restaurante não funciona a noite, é só o café da manhã. Entretanto, o quarto que ficamos é super confortável.

Fomos atribuídos inicialmente a um quarto cujo ar condicionado fazia muito barulho. Solicitamos a troca e fomos alocados no quarto "007", andar "p". Este quarto era adaptado. Entretanto, ele estava com os ralos parcialmente entupidos e ai ficava alagando todo o banheiro. Além disso, o quarto fica logo acima da entrada. Fomos acordados através de barulhos no hall de entrada e alarmes de carros. O ar condicionado não deu vazão. Não refrigerou o quarto. A tv pega ALGUNS canais abertos. Conectei o youtube, mas a velocidade da internet do hotel (na tv) não deixava os vídeos rodarem normalmente. O estacionamento é limitado e pode ser difícil para alguns manobrar. Tinha 1 funcionário, mas não dava conta e estava sobrecarregado. Assim que estacionei e subi, pediram para manobrar meu carro. Mas antes não deram nenhuma instrução. Não obstante isso, o estacionamento é cobrado (15 reais em setembro de 2024) , mesmo sendo você mesmo manobrando. Um completo caos. Pelo menos o quarto era limpo.
