Muito bom, recomendo!

A vista do chalé e a acomodação são incríveis! Realmente gera um clima muito gostoso e romântico! Recomendo! Abaixo alguns comentários e pontos para melhoria: - Limpeza: Por não possuirem limpeza durante a estadia, seria fundamental deixar panos de chão e produtos de limpeza disponíveis na acomodação, pois no segundo dia já começa a incomodar; - Café da manhã: Simples, porém honesto e muito cômodo (deixam a cesta na posta do chalé no horario solicitado e de acordo com as nossas preferências). Como sugestão aumentaria a quantidade de ovos por pessoa (hoje é somente 1); - Comunicação e Check-in/out: Super boa e fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Matheus, fez toda a diferença! - Localização: Apesar de próximo a Capivari, o caminho é um pouco mais demorado por conta de quase 2kms em uma estrada de terra irregular (18 min de capivari ao todo, 12 na estrada de terra); Com SUV foi tranquilo, porém carros mais baixos podem ter dificuldades, mas nada impossível;

Ótima acomodação e bem localizado. Pode melhorar o quesito conforto térmico, por estar situado em cidade de temperaturas mais baixas. Fomos no outuno, e o aquecedor e calefator não deram conta. No verão deve ser perfeito, já no nverno deve ser bem complicado.

Achei incrível o chalé

Achei o chalé incrível, fomos bem atendidos, pessoal é bem bacana principalmente o Mateus sempre disposto a ajudar e tirar as dúvidas tanto no WhatsApp quanto pessoalmente, o chalé em si senti falta de alguns itens pra cozinha como algumas panelas um pouco maiores, de resto o chalé eu adorei, tudo igual a propaganda nos sites de hospedagem, o lugar é bem gostoso pra descansar, dependo do número do chalé, da pra ter vista boa da natureza e ouvir o barulho de uma cachoeira que tem próximo de lá, referente ao local pra ir para o chalé a estrada é de terra mas de boa só ir devagar com carro, se for muito baixo ou rebaixado, aconselho alugar um carro ou pegar um carro um pouco mais alto, eu fui com Nissan March foi de boa, mas de resto gostei muito da minha experiência e vou voltar com ctz mais vezes.

Espaço lindo, confortável e bem limpo

A estadia foi ótima, a acomodação era bem limpa e a comunicação com a equipe deles foi ótima. O único ponto negativo foi que escolhi essa hospedagem pela vista para as montanhas e, chegando lá, fui colocado do outro lado com vista para árvores. Analisei bem as fotos na hora de escolher a acomodação pra me assegurar desse detalhe então fiquei um pouco frustrado, mas depois virou apenas um detalhe comparado com toda a atenção, café da manhã e beleza do espaço. Única coisa pra se manter em mente é que o espaço não é acessível a pessoas com qualquer dificuldade de locomoção (pra chegar na cama tem uma escada beeem difícil).
