overall very good. Surprised that the front desk did not speak any English, but still the staff was very nice. Also surprised that there is no ticket or document when I handed them the keys to the rental car. Usually you get a ticket or something proving you handed them your keys for the car. Again, overall very nice and loved the short distance to the main streets.

Amazing location and nice staff. Great breakfast. Our first room smelled of sewer so they gave us a new one which smelled much better. The kids play area was ok, needs to be refreshed.

Ótima estadia. Café da manhã excelente e com opção para todos os gostos. Tive um inconveniente apenas, pois fui incomodado com ligação da recepção para me cobrar o valor da diária pet e para preencher um formulário, sendo que eu havia informado sobre meu pet no check in. No mais, os funcionários são super educados. Não curti o fato do quarto não ter ar condicionado, e o ventilador disponibilizado era de chão e foi difícil posicioná-los por conta da disposição das tomadas. O fato do frigobar do quarto estar dentro do armário também é ruim. Chuveiro do banheiro, no caso as torneiras, estavam ruins. Mas estou apontando minha percepção, subjetiva, e pontualidade que me ocorreram, no mais, o hotel é ótimo, há vagas cobertas e não cobertas para chegar de carro, tem elevador na parte coberta que vai para o andar do quarto, tem restaurante no hotel, recepção 24h, a localização é excelente, tudo limpo, funcionários educados e dispostos em ajudar, no café da manhã e restaurante há uma área pet que possibilita desfrutar da refeição com seu pet, super recomendo!

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Staff ótima. Instalações em geral também. Tive um problema com os misturadores de água no chuveiro. Era muito ruim de controlar. Ou a água ficava muito fria ou quente. Deixou a desejar pra um hotel desse nível.

Hotel bonito, grande e bem decorado
Hotel bonito, bem organizado e decorado. Quarto espaçoso, confortável e moderno. Minha única ressalva é não ter ar condicionado, o que me fez ter que dormir de janela aberta. Café da manhã é farto, mas com opções que fogem do padrão convencional pelo fato de o restaurante ser vegano mas, solicitando aos funcionários, existem opções mais convencionais para pedir. Por ser um hotel maior, a atenção dos funcionários não é tão exclusiva como em outras hospedagens em Campos do Jordão, mas prestam um bom atendimento.
