Very clean, quiet, has AC , front desk super nice, and it is in the city mall- you park inside the mall parking and they validate your park- parking is free and safe. They also have a great breakfast . Just off the freeway - via dutra- very convenient - new hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location, right next to the city shopping mall.The staff is very friendly. The dining area is good but I think that the price for the breakfast should be cheaper.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The mattress wasn’t the greatest, and not having hand towels available is a real pain. We won’t be staying in Ibis again because of the towels and having to pay extra for breakfast and parking.

Great Overnight Stay
The rooms are clean, basic, and have everything one needs for an overnight stay. The breakfast has plenty of fresh, delicious items. The mall next door has food, shopping, and even a movie theater.

Estrutura do quarto precisando de reparos
Já fiquei algumas vezes nesse hotel e essa experiência, especialmente, realmente não foi boa. Ficamos no quarto 654 e a porta do box rangendo muito, um barulho muito alto e incômodo. A cama rangendo muito tb, cada movimento dormindo fazia muito barulho a ponto de um acordar o outro com um simples movimento. A janela estava com uma das travas quebrada o que permitia que um pouco de barulho de fora entrasse no quarto. A limpeza estava muito bem feita, o café da manhã bem servido e os atendentes atenciosos, mas realmente a estrutura do quarto estava ruim.

Atendimento agil porem faltam informações basicas (senha de wifii, cafe da manhã, estacionamento etc) q tiveram q ser perguntadas. Quarto pequeno, parece ibis budget e ar condicionado extremamente barulhento. Box do banheiro nao fecha e inunda o banheiro. Quarto muito limpo! Cama excelente. Bom cafe da manhã!
