Quiet location that is very close to all the great shops and restaurants. We have been here many times over the years and always enjoy this hotel. Very clean. Now serve an afternoon tea.

The "pousada" (Bed and Breakfast) is a small cozy hotel with good breakfast, good service and very clean. They also offer cups of tea and coffee all day long and in the afternoon they offer delicious cakes. It was really good to stay there ! Comfortable and clean.

O hotel e maravilhoso, fica perto do parque do capiviri (so descer a ladeira), ele possui uma paegada rustica perfeita para ocasião! Todos os funcionários sao extremamentes educadores e atenciosos. Nao fico em campos em outro hotel!

Reservei 2 quartos iguais, na descrição do anúncio estava como superior mas o real foi econômico. Um dos quartos não tinha ar condicionado (não impactou muito pois estava fresco à noite) e ficava no prédio ao lado, caso chovesse não tinha cobertura para ir ao café, por exemplo e não tem vagas de estacionamento para todos, alguns carros na rua.

A estadia foi boa, considerando o padrão três estrelas do hotel. O atendimento na recepção é bom. O quarto que fiquei é amplo e possuía vista para as montanhas. O café da manhã oferece pães, frutas, bolos, sucos, dentre outras variedades. A única questão que se deve ficar atento é no que se refere a reposição de alguns itens. Após certo horário, não há essa reposição. Há cobrança de taxa de serviço, mas não é obrigatória, eles te comunicam dela no início da hospedagem.

O hotel é um bom custo-beneficio. A localização é boa e de facil acesso. A pousada também tem um estacionamento externo. O café da manhã é bom, com variadas opções. Quanto ao quarto, tem um bom tamanho e o chuveiro é bem quente. Alguns pontos: tenho rinite alérgica e sofri um pouco com o pó do local, em especial dos cobertores; a cama também poderia ser mais confortável, não consegui dormir tão bem e o quarto não tem ar condicionado (neste ponto o erro foi meu de não checar antes). Por fim, eles acabam cobrando uma taxa por pessoa e dia de estadia cuja finalidade não ficou muito clara para mim (parece que seria aos funcionários). É opcional, mas nos coloca em uma situação de certo constrangimento para nao pagar (já fui muitas vezes para Campos e foi a primeira vez que fui cobrada).
