The charming holiday home “Ses Cases Noves” is a restored 17th century house located near Sa Ràpita, Mallorca. It has been beautifully decorated in a typically-majorcan style, including high ceilings with wooden beams, and it is the perfect accommodation for families or big groups who want to spend their holidays together. It consists of two comfortable living rooms (one on the ground floor, one on the first floor), a lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and, 2 with one double bed each) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include a fireplace and Wi-Fi. Its spacious outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. There you will find a sunny terrace with a large dining table under the shade of a pergola, a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals and a generous private pool surrounded by sunbeds where guests can cool off in warm summer days.
