If you are looking for a wonderful villa close to some of the best beaches of the island, a charming place in the middle of nature, where you can share, relax and enjoy, this place is perfect for you.

The house is located on a plot of 4.000m2 in the middle of nature. Classic Mallorcan style villa on two floors with swimming pool and private grove. Spacious porches where you can enjoy every sunset. Relax on the sun loungers, enjoy a glass of wine, a refreshing bath at midday or in front of the fire in the autumn evenings.

THE HOUSE
It has 220 m2 built on two floors. The ground floor offers spacious porches, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living-dining room, a toilet and a laundry area.

On the first floor we find a second living room, 3 bedrooms, two of them double with en-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds as well as a terrace with unobstructed views to the surroundings.

The garden area is simply fantastic, spacious with tall trees which makes it refreshing and very comfortable even when the temperatures are higher you will always have ample shaded areas if you wish throughout the day.

The pool is 6 x 4 metres and 1.3m deep throughout. The pool is not heated.

For younger guests the house has 2 cots and 2 high chairs.
All bedrooms have mosquito nets fitted to the windows.

The house and its facilities are totally private.
Guests have access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas.

SURROUNDINGS AND LOCATION
An idyllic villa for families and groups of friends. If you are looking for natural beaches, water sports, relaxation, cycling routes or enjoying the countryside, this house is perfect for you. It is located in the countryside, less than 3km from the beach of Es Trenc, probably the best beach in Mallorca and the village of Sa Rapita. A finca next to kilometres of sand and sea of an unforgettable turquoise colour and the tranquillity and peace of the Majorcan countryside. Enjoy rural Mallorca, close to some of the most impressive beaches and coves of the island and, at the same time, close to delicious restaurants and the beautiful life of villages such as Colonia Sant Jordi, Santanyi or Sa Rapita.

LEISURE AND ACTIVITIES
If you are looking for water sports, there are three ports nearby (Puerto Sa Rapita, Puerto S'Estanyol and Colonia Sant Jordi) with everything you are looking for. Boat hire, diving, jet-skiing, windsurfing, kitsurfing and many other options. Cycling: Whether cycling is a hobby or your passion, the south of the island is a perfect place to start the activity, with endless trails along the coast or inland towards the mountain of Randa. Crystal clear waters, dolphins and a world of nature. Enjoy a boat trip to the island of Cabrera, declared a National Park, can you imagine the beaches of this island, can you imagine diving off the coast?

Bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the swimming pool are included with the booking (beach towels are not included).

Everything, water and electricity is included except for the consumption of the air conditioners (hot and cold) which have an independent meter and will be charged at 0,27€/KW.

During the months of March, April, and from 15 October to 1 December the house will have a heating system with radiators in each room (aerothermal system using electricity) available. The consumption of the heating system, as well as the air conditioning, is not included, it is charged at 0,27€/KW. Between 1 May and 15 October the heating system will be deactivated (you can always use the heating through the air conditioners if you wish to do so one day).

IMPROVEMENTS MADE THIS WINTER FOR THE 2025 SEASON:
1) Integral installation of radiator heating system (aerothermal) for use in the months of March, April, second half of October and November.
2) Replacement of the sofa on the first floor.
3) Improvement and upgrade of the hammocks

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Finca und können sie für Familien mit Kleinkindern wärmstens empfehlen. Sie liegt auf dem Weg zwischen Campos und Sa Rapita. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage haben wir Einkäufe und Strandausflüge stets mit dem Auto erledigt, auch wenn Fahrräder (sogar mit Kindersitz) und Roller in der Finca verfügbar waren. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. Die Bilder lügen nicht. :-)
