This is an updated, older property that is a little difficult to find and the front yard is in very rough condition. Other than that it is a large updated suite that seemed to have construction workers as their main tenants. They are there to sleep so it was very quiet. Breakfast was fine though we did go to Tim Hortons to top up

Rooom was beside stairwell and people were pounding up and down stairs and it out like their was no wall. People congregated beside exterior door and smoked. They were very loud and boisterous.

Cozy Breakfast Room
We were comfortable at the R&R Inn and Suites. Our room was clean. The Breakfast dining area was one of the nicest we have been in, with nice lighting and live plants. It as cozy. There were plenty of breakfast choices.
