It's a fairly new hotel and so very clean and you can almost still smell the paint. The room was a little small and we didn't have a view. Breakfast was terrific as the variety is fantastic, from Vietnamese to western food. The coffee machine surprisingly produced a great cup of coffee.

Phu was at reception when we arrived and he managed to cancel a mistaken double booking while using Expedia - he also spoke very good English as does the rest of the staff there. Tercy was also very helpful at the reception and offered to organise a bike ride for us. On our last morning one of the resturant staff kindly offered to make me a portion of Pho which was excellent. Loved the rooms, small but cozy, fantastic shower and bathroom. I’d stay here again without doubt.

The hotel was very modern, clean, and nice. The staff was always very helpful and kind. We had a few drinks on the rooftop bar and the bar tender was professional. The room was small, but cozy. Breakfast was great! I had 2 bowls of pho ga (very good), along with VN coffee, and plenty of other items. Wink is minutes away from river street, night market, and the pier where you'd take off for the floating market.

I stayed here with my family of 8. We checked in late at night… 9:30 pm. They were fast, friendly and efficient. Hotel is clean and modern. They also had a complimentary buffet in the morning. Great location, minutes to the pier to walk to.

Interessanter Anblick – das war es – mehr nicht Einige Eindrücke: Beim Einchecken: Ein Vietnamese wurde außer der Reihe vorgezogen beim Einchecken (ein no go). Dann musste ich erklären, wo meine Buchung zu finden ist. Die Temperatur im Raum war 28 Grad (Klimaanlage?). Die Internetverbindung war zeitweise die langsamste auf der Reise. Die Karte, die das Hotel online zur Verfügung stellt, enthält nette Punkte. Doch was bedeuten diese? Beim Frühstück: Der (!) langsame Kaffeeautomat ohne besondere Geschmacksentfaltung für alle funktioniert nicht immer. Butter muss nicht im Eisfach gelagert werden. Das Personal ist teilweise unaufmerksam und räumt meinen Tisch einfach ab. Die Auswahl an Speisen, deren Präsentation und Qualität hält sich in Grenzen. Es scheint einer Designer zugeschlagen zu haben, der von optimierten Abläufen nichts gehört hat. So beginnt der Tag mit einem Intelligenztest: Wo finde ich was? Wenn ich ein kaffee-ähnliches Getränk möchte, so muss ich 2 Tasten drücken, wo doch eine genügt. Die kleinen Pappbehälter, die dafür durch die Maschine genutzt werden, sind nicht gerade nachhaltig. Das Zimmer: Sehr kleines Zimmer, optisch vergrößert. Schalter für Fenstervorhänge sind durch die 4 Kissen verdeckt. Wenig Platz für Gepäck. Der Wasserdruck beim Handwaschbecken ist verbrauchsoptimiert. Das Ausblick aus dem Zimmer ist gut. Die Klimaanlage hält sich meistens an die Vorgaben. Das Personal: Es ist lernfähig und -willig.
