There is very limited cell service but we have excellent wifi. So, please make sure to enable wifi calling when you check-in.
Also, please turn on the breaker for the water pump and water heater when you arrive: and turn off at your departure. These are clearly labelled in the breaker panel which can be found in the living room to the left of the TV.
Please do not use the pellet stove in the living room.
Please note, the driveway can be tricky to navigate if you don’t turn around before leaving, we highly recommend that you drive out forwards. Finally, although we maintain the driveway, a 4wd or AWD is recommended for winter time. If in doubt feel free to park up the top.
Important: We are committed to protecting our property, which is why we've partnered with 'Know Your Guest' by Superhog: the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through 'Know Your Guest'. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. - No smoking or vaping on the deck or inside the property.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No excessive noise due to the quiet neighbourhood.
- No sports equipment inside the property.
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess or materials into the property.
- Please remove your outdoor footwear inside the log home.
- Please leave skis outside the cabin.
- Please check for fire bans, supply your own wood, and keep fires small.
- No vehicles on the grass, please park on the gravel areas only.
