This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Amsterdam. Our ground floor room was breathtaking and spacious, with a huge chandelier and 15 foot ceilings. The staff were great and the hotel has a bar that's open 24/7.

Amazing views and friendly staff
Stayed at this hotel 7 years ago in autumn. We were on the 2nd or 3rd floor with amazing canal views. Fast forward to 2024 to celebrate our anniversary and birthdays and we had the same great views of Amsterdam’s beautiful rooftops and canals. Very romantic in the fall but equally spectacular in the summer. Definitely a special occasion hotel or an escape from a hectic work life. Thanks to the super friendly staff especially Ryan!

Nice old charming hotel in the heart of Amsterdam
We had a very nice stay at this hotel for a 4-night stay in Amsterdam. The hotel is very centrally located -- on a nice canal and near all the tourist attractions from the Dam Square to the museums. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, stores, etc. in the area. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated -- nice lobby, furnishings, etc. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff is very friendly and nice. Great coffee machines and snacks in the lobby all day long. Recommend staying at this place.

Hotel Estheréa was an oasis in Amsterdam! The lobby and sitting area was relaxing and had delicious flavored water and coffee available at all times. My room was beautiful and had a view of the canal! The bar was lovely and all the staff were very helpful! The location can’t be beat. There are amazing restaurants and bars just around the corner and the canal area was beautiful to walk around!

This property has a lovely story behind it. It was so unique, absolutely gorgeous, and the staff was friendly in every single encounter. My friend and I want to return to Amsterdam again in order to stay at this hotel a second time!
