The remodel of this hotel looks and feels like it was done by a first time DIY. It's okay because they keep it pretty clean but there was water damage to the LVP flooring in the bathroom. Non-Smoking room with hotel provided ashcan in the parking lot just outside of the room. So anytime someone went out side to smoke, the AC unit pulled their smoke into the room with me. Nothing the hotel can do about the road noise but 5&20, 200' away is noisy from 6 AM to 11 PM.

We had a wonderful experience here. Upon arrival, it was discovered that inadvertently two rooms had been booked. The owner, Manny, understood the situation, and advised us how to proceed forth. We stayed for one night, and it was perfect!

No issues , just a basic room , good for a nights sleep but would look elsewhere should you need more than a day or so. Room had microwave and mini fridge. Had some continental breakfast items that I did not partake in as well as a single vending machine.

Bathtub, towels, coffee marker were very dirty. The Key pad on door didn’t work so I had to use a manual key which would get stuck and the door was often hard to open. I do not think the price reflected the quality of the place. Applebees and Walmart are very close by which was helpful. I got to park right out side of my door so it was easier to bring my things in and out. The staff was friendly.

Perfect spot to stay for a concert at CMAC. Totally walkable. Beds were very comfortable - and the AC worked really well. A little $$ for what you get but an excellent option none the less.

The place reeked of smoke when you open up the stairwell to enter the building. The tv did not work and the smoke alarm went off because of the steam in the shower. Manny is nice so I gave the hotel a higher rating because of his service. I would bring my own towels and sheets to stay here.
