All judgement was clouded by the fact that the property is advertised with my upgraded price as a ‘1 bedroom with a kitchen’. It is in fact a small studio with sliding doors around the bed and a kitchenette at best. This is misleading in the advertising and meant that we had to find another hotel with no notice and the staff were not interested in the slightest in trying to help in any way.

Stunning hotel. Beautiful and well equiped rooms. Great central location. It’s a little quite on the weekend for cafes in immediate distance as it’s a CBD.

Excellent stay, although we had a few issues with a blocked drain in the shower. The room was well thought out and the lightening was really well done. Excellent mini bar options and a fantastic cafe on the ground floor. Would have been 5 stars but for the shower issue (which took three calls to reception - the first night, the next morning and then later the first afternoon - once the shower was checked, we were moved to a new room).

We woke up at 7 in the morning with a terrible noise of construction work and drilling from the adjacent lot. It is true that they changed our room on the second day, but it is not clear why we were given a noisy room in advance when they had quiet rooms available.
