We thoroughly enjoyed our stay The staff were friendly and accommodating they even have a golf cart that can take you up to your room if you're lazy The land that the villas sit on is gorgeous and breathtaking lots of bunny rabbits and kangaroos around the property lots of things for the kids to do play areas why would you want to stay anywhere else oh and the pool area is to die for I plan to fill up the 190 villas with my friends by 2026 and book alivio out for 2 weeks in the off peak season of course I'm not a greedy bum.

I have stayed in this place a dozen or more times. I felt very unsafe and there was kids/teenagers running around until after midnight. I didn’t even bother staying the second night I felt unsafe in this place. I even felt this time the cabin was dirty.

This is a great, family-friendly place; lots of outdoor activities, well-maintained pool and grounds and even free balls/sports equipment. The 2-bedroom ridge view cabin is a little small so go for another one perhaps.

The facilities including pool, spa, basketball court, laundry are great, the cabins are a little dated and in need of refurbishment but comfortable. The air con/heater in our cabin worked intermittently. The WIFI does not reach the cabins up the back of the park where we stayed. The restaurant and coffee shop are good.

Its my first time staying in a holiday park, and it is better than what I expected. First of all the area is quite well maintained, its clean and the idea of parking your car outside the room is great for loading and unloading luggages. The fairy lights in the bbq area really makes you feel like you're in a friendly and welcoming area. Would love to do bbq outside next time. There are even kangaroos and bunnys outside in the bush area. We got a garden villa and it is very well priced for large groups. The only down side is there is not enough space or no clothes lines to hang wet clothes after playing in the pool. Would stay here again next time we in Canberra.

Gluten free pizza was one of the best we have had. Very hard to find a good gluten free pizza base. The Ragu was great as well. We stayed in the Garden Villa. Was perfect for an overnighter, but would have loved to stayed longer in this cabin. The property is a bit more like a resort.

Overall, the property was great - it was close to the city, nice bush atmosphere and the facilities was great. The beds were a little uncomfortable - lumpy and not even.

2 bedroom cabins very small and parking was difficult. Restaurant was nice. Very tight park to drive around. We actually damaged our car trying to park our vehicle safely in the allocated car park.
