Only two very small shower cubical’s available.I'm not a big person but anyone slightly portly would have great difficulties. Staff totally disinterested. In fact vacant is a word that springs to mind to describe them.

A great stay, perfect location and spacious room! I had a room with an ensuite and it was nicer than most hotels I have stayed in, really appreciated the kettle and tea and coffee supplies in room.

I Stayed there just for one night for my best friend. I was surprised it was close to her dorm and the staff there were nice. There was only one roomate but she was welcoming. I hope to visit her again next time.

The cafe is pretty ordinary, (poor service, cash only, simple menu), although it is actually open on Sunday morning, which, this being Canberra, is essential. Other youth hostels offer a simple free, self-serve breakfast, which suits me much better - I'd much prefer that.
