The staff are very friendly and helpful. However the accommodation is abit outdated but it's very clean. There are not much variety of food choices at the accommodation but it's surrounded by a lot of shopping centres if willing to drive 5-10mins out.

Staff were very helpful in finding a room that suited a disabled relative. The room was spacious and clean. However the venue overall needs repair and replacement of items - eg a block-out curtain was missing from the window. The room had no fridge, which I was told about and this did not worry me but others might require it. Potholes and cracks in the driveway and paths made walking to rooms potentially unsafe.

Extremely poor condition
First room TV didn’t work, room need vacuuming, bed in terrible condition, door hard to open. Moved to another room - phone didn’t work, tap leaked on vanity, no seat at desk, no conditioner in bottle, no spoon for coffee or tea, fan in bathroom very loud. First and last time staying here.

Really great family room for 2 adults and 3 children. Great service. Friendly staff. Convenient location with great facilities. Close to restaurants.

Over all it was fine, but there was a hole in the sheets, no sanitary bin or a lamp in the room. The whole place could use a deep clean.

Good price. Good parking. Felt safe. Clean towels. Breakfast was overcrowded (20 min window allowed - including waiting in line for toast to cook). The rooms were super worn out - holes in curtains, rips in carpet, terrible wet smell, no covers on quilts, very thin walls (heard babies crying in the middle of the night, people showering, slamming doors etc). Won’t stay again.

It was pricy and was not worth it. The stuff in the room were dinosaurs. Even There was no hairdryer in the room. It think the rip off the visitors with their $210 dollars per night. Overall I never recommend it to others.

The room wasnt as advertised, the fridge and tv didnt work, the room had a terrible smell and the bed was dirty. The sheets were horrible and scratchy and wered put on the bed properly so they just kept exposing the dirty matress underneath. Not only that the bed kept seperating as it was just two single beds pushed together but not secured. The shower has terrible water pressure and was either hot or cold and there was dust and dirt everywhere. The toilet paper was just tissues and the moisturiser provided was so old it was brown.
