Good modern hotel
The Midnight hotel is a cool hotel in an upcoming suburb of Canberra. The trims are well equipped but very small and if you have a large suitcase there is not really much space to put it out of the way and little closet space. The bar and breakfast were good but service at breakfast very slow. The pool is excellent

Good hotel in a great location, about a 10-15 min walk to the centre. Concierge were kind but average service. Daily room cleaning service is very delayed, we returned back to our room around 2-2:30pm and it wasn't cleaned by then. We left the room again, they cleaned the room by the evening but they didnt fill our mini bar. We called concierge and they came up about 1 hour later. Another time, my partner fainted and hit his head on the floor and so we asked for ice twice however they were very very slow and they said to come down to reception instead and get it ourselves. My partner's head was injured so I couldn't leave him alone. They didnt have a first aid officer nor ice packs, which i found unusual. They eventually came up, about 1 hour later. They didnt care for this emergency.

Everything was fine without being awesome. I wouldn't have a problem staying again but nothing made me think this is the only place in Canberra I would stay at. Rooms fine in size. Mattress was on the older side. Pillows great. Tv had no fox channels, only std digital channels. Hotel breakfast was only ok. Close to lots of restaurants. Parking additional $20 per night.
