The staff was great. Especially at the playroom, which my young daughters loved checking out. The resort was fun and beautiful with tons of amenities, but it was the very thoughtful and helpful staff that i appreciated the most. I would highly recommend this place, if you are traveling here!

Very good vacation
Beach Palace Cancun (Mexicol) hotel was amazing hotel!! The hotel was well cleaning and decorated. We (family of 7) stayed 5 days for vacation. Big size room & terrace with big jacuzzi. Good view to the lagoon. Very nice roof with Bar, two pools & Jacuzzi. All staff were extremely welcoming, polite and incredibly helpful. The service & food (all included) were very good inside the hotel (5 restorants) and outside (specialy the Cafe&Sweet). Great beach and location (hotel zone) near LA ISLA center. EXCELENT stay and highly recommended.

Great experience. Been to this property multiple times and the staff is Great! The restaurants have a great menu This time a shout out to Daniel and staff at MOMO restaurant. It was great and the family option menu was delicious

Service was either good or not. Food was great everywhere but the pool and Travola. The Sweet and Coffee bar had the best and kindest servers. The liquor was bottom shelf. If you wanted average liquor or top shelf it cost more. More for average??? The credits were very misleading. Everyone said go to public relations. I did and PR lady was rude and did not want to explain. Therefore we didn't use them.

Food was good. Beach was good. Drinks were not so good. Pool was good. Shows were excellent. Pressure to visit another hotel moon the grand not good including when you get over there they try to pressure you into buying $33k package (the lowest).
