This was my first experience with Breathless Soul Cancún, and I must say, “it was amazing”. My wife and I spent our fourth wedding anniversary there, and couldn’t have been more impressed. The resort was clean and well maintained. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and supportive. The food was excellent and plentiful. As previous reviews have expressed, the beach isn’t something out of a romance novel, but it’s still nice and the resort area is very well maintained. I can’t overstate the staff’s willingness and commitment to attend to guests wants and needs. If I had any complaints whatsoever, it would be regarding the guests, not the staff. We spent 8 days and 7 nights, visiting basically every bar and restaurant and witnessed over and over guests not tipping a single dollar, for services rendered by the staff. I realize this is an all-inclusive resort, but come on people, do the right thing, please. My wife and I will definitely be going back and plan on making this our Anniversary destination from now on. Pack up your swimsuits, your sunscreen, your fun personality and good attitude, and you will have a wonderful vacation, trust me.

It's a great place to go if your looking for a party resort but some of the staff had very nasty attitude very unprofessional and unpleasant. The rooftop pool the manager was unprofessional he really didn't care about my issues. But I will say best club i been to on a resort. The bartender in the lobby bar thee best
