The room was extremely nice. The staff was incredible. Food was delicious. There was a great party vibe atmosphere with each night a different theme. My wife and i especially loved the how well the pool attendants took care of us. They set up our chairs in the sun when we wanted to lay out or put us in a shaded cabana when we just wanted to chill. Incredible service all around. Special thanks to Hermino and Evan for taking the time to make us feel like VIP's. Can't wait to go back.

The property was very nice. However, if you took an excursion and returned late like around 9pm and or later room service was unavailable. As well as the resort restaurant options. They close early.

The resort is beautiful. Very modern and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Views from different points of the resort were spectacular. The infinity pool is gorgeous. The beach isn’t the best for bathing.

All in all the resort was very well designed and maintained. A lil small and the beach was disappointing. Did not like the constant upselling of memberships trying to get you to attend a 90min presentation for free breakfast.

I had discovered black mold in my room. I made mention to the smell upon check in and the guy said he didn’t notice a smell and he may be used to it cause he’s there everyday. Come my 2nd night I'm in the mirror and noticed black mold all around the baseboards. I called for a manager, he never came to speak to me. At checkout I was asked to sign a waiver that basically stated I wouldn’t sue and they offered to upgrade my next stay. I decided to call corporate and open a complaint and it’s been a week nobody has reached back out and I sent pics of mold in my room.

Customer service was good , but if you want a good food and good drink , it’s not recommended . First time In my life I could not feel I drunk alcohol . I think they mix it with water or something. They use very low quality alcohol and if you want a good one and even are ok to pay extra they said we can only sell the bottle . The buffet is a joke . Tried the Italian. Restaurant and it was not bad . Mediterranean restaurant was close which I would love to try .

I was drugged and confined to my room until cab driver was paid 1000s hotel staff were all aware of this, after my sister wired 1000s of dollars I was allowed to leave so drugged up I don’t even remember the flight home.
