We had a group party of 21 people over the weekend on 8/31 to 9/3. We went to celebrate birthdays and anniversary. We were disappointed of the dining, especially there were no buffet at dinner when we were tired hungry and just wanted to grap something quick to eat. The resort was okay, beach not pretty, alot of seaweed. We will probably not go back again.

The hotel was a nice but the fact that they closed the pool dwn at 8 is crazy when it’s all adults the activities was boring, no foam Party live dj from 1-5 only around 8 it was like they was sending us to bed lights was out melatonin was sprayed lol, food no beef or turkey breakfast meat, the music solely focused on Mexican music wish they played more American music like be versatile cause everyone comes from different places, overall it was nice there just wanted more for what I paid!

The people at the property are amazing. Workers are amazing. Customer service is amazing. The entertainment was so so the best party was the Egyptian on Saturday night. Everything else was halfway. The food was good however half the restaurants were closed and the beach is not swimmable. It is very dirty from the swamp water. There’s no shots allowed at the pool and Wi-Fi is horrible throughout the resort unless you’re at the restaurant or the café or the concierge area. Compared to Breathless DR, this was a notch down.

The staff was amazing, professional, polite, and patient. Irma, the manager, in X Hale, checked in, Gabriel, Umbilito, Christopher, and Manual were just a few who provided courteous, great service. I would highly recommend Cancun Breathless Resort to family and friends.

Brian was a great person during our check in process. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I would recommend this for couples or even solo travelers. There is not much to do outside of the resort unless you have an excursion booked. Overall stay was 10/10 and will definitely be back! Only thing i wish you did not have to pay for was the spa.
